G\u0142\u00f3wnym celem spotkania by\u0142o u\u015bwiadomienie dzieciom znaczenia zdrowego stylu \u017cycia oraz poprawnych nawyk\u00f3w \u017cywieniowych. <!--more-->Poprzez ciekaw\u0105 prezentacj\u0119, uczniowie dowiedzieli si\u0119, jaki wp\u0142yw na samopoczucie, zachowanie i zdrowie ma zbilansowana dieta. Dzieci otrzyma\u0142y wiele cennych wskaz\u00f3wek dotycz\u0105cych zasad zdrowego od\u017cywiania. Dowiedzia\u0142y si\u0119, \u017ce nale\u017cy je\u015b\u0107 pi\u0119\u0107 pe\u0142nowarto\u015bciowych\u00a0posi\u0142k\u00f3w dziennie, pi\u0107 du\u017co wody i zast\u0119powa\u0107 s\u0142odkie przek\u0105ski np. owocami.
